Habitat for Humanity International is a global non-profit organisation dedicating to eliminating substandard housing worldwide and to making adequate, affordable shelter a matter of conscience and action.
Founded in 1987 and actively building homes and communities since 1996, Habitat for Humanity South Africa (HFHSA) has constructed, renovated, restored or repaired houses. They work directly with families, communities and government to build thriving communities and hope-filled futures.
By volunteering with Habitat for Humanity SA, anyone can be a part of the change they want to see in their community.
The organisation offers several opportunities to build or repair homes with families, in addition to volunteer work opportunities at their offices.
