GoDriveIn is a new drive-in cinema that offers a variety of big screen entertainment that can be enjoyed from the comfort and safety of a car.
Movies are projected onto a nine-metre screen and film sound is shared into cars via an FM transmitter. The film offerings are diverse and caters to families, adults and film buffs.
The drive-in has capacity for 50 cars and operates three nights a week from Thursdays to Sundays. It also offers food trucks, a morning goods market and a high-end virtual reality and gaming arcade.
The food trucks are open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. and the goods market is open on Saturdays only from 9am to 2pm.
Tickets can be purchased online and at the entrance. For those without a car radio FM radios can be hired for R75 a unit. For those without a car or who enjoy the great outdoors, seats can be hired for R90 including FM headphones.
