Glow and Grow, hosted by Your Next Level, is an immersive mindfulness wellness experience designed to help women reconnect with themselves.
This event is perfect for anyone who is just looking to slow down and give their mind the break that they truly deserve. It is a time to reflect, appreciate one's progress, and thank oneself for their journey.
The event features a guided mindfulness meditation, a reflection and gratitude workshop, a healing sound bath, and the opportunity for attendees to connect and share their journeys with like-minded individuals in a safe, supportive environment.
Included in the ticket price is a journal and pen, along with delicious snacks, cacao on arrival, juice, tea and coffee. Attendees are encouraged to wear something comfortable as the experience takes place with each individual grounded on their mats. Guests may also bring a blanket or pillow along for comfort.
