The coming weeks see an impressive line-up of guest chefs including industry giants such as Chef's Warehouse & Canteen’s Liam Tomlinson, Thali’s Johan Van Zyl, and international private chefs Neill Anthony and Matt Manning. Former restaurateur Jason Whitehead will present his specialized haute cuisine take on healthy dining, while sustainable enthusiast Arabella Parkinson shines a spotlight on a custom plant-based vegetarian menu.
