Ghenwa’s Culinary Club's workshop offerings are where Ghenwa Steingcaszner shares her love of Lebanese food and the culinary arts with the public.
The Lebanese-born and -bred maître chef shares her passion for healthy and delicious cuisine at her culinary club, located at Lourensford Wine Estate. During Ghenwa's authentic cooking workshops, attendees try out Lebanese recipes themselves as they are taken through the health benefits and histories of the ingredients in a three-hour experience.
Each workshop is unique and includes four mezze, a main dish and one dessert. After the workshop's conclusion, participants then get to enjoy a lunch featuring the dishes created for themselves along with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
