Acomedy-drama exploring friendship, masculinity and the uncertainties of early adulthood. Directed and designed by the award-winning Tara Notcutt, and written by Jeffrey Jay Fowler and Chris Isaacs, the production is presented as part of Theatre Arts’ contemporary performance lineup.
The play follows longtime friends Jimmy and Corgan as they approach their thirties while navigating dating apps, shifting relationships and stalled personal ambitions. Structured as a single story retold from two contrasting perspectives, the narrative relies on unreliable narration to reveal how memory, insecurity and self-perception shape personal truths. Blending comedy with more introspective themes, FAG/STAG examines contemporary ideas of male friendship and emotional honesty.
Recommended for audiences aged 13 and older.
