"Est-Her" (Establish Her) is a faith-based conference aimed at enlightening and uplifting women from all walks of life. The event brings together women aged 18 to 85, forming a powerful community of faith.
The event has a lineup of speakers from across Africa, including the dynamic DDK, Lucia Dramat, Desray Van Rensburg and Liezel Snyman, offering talks on faith, finance and female issues.
About the speakers:
- Debola Deji-Kurunmi (DDK) is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, public policy advisor, and transformational coach for visionary leaders. She is the founder of IMMERSE Coaching Company, Executive Director at Ideation Hub Africa, President at Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, and Founder of the Future-Forward Female Movement, leading a community of over 100,000 change-makers globally.
Called to ministry in 2003, DDK is a prophetic voice and spiritual equipper, dedicated to revival and the maturation of saints. She oversees the non-denominational Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance with 3,000+ partners across ten countries, providing leadership development, medical missions, and mentorship. Her FIREBRAND Movement includes a Bible school and revival festivals, reaching thousands. Author of 25 books, including the FIREBRAND Series, DDK is a revered Christian leader promoting godly consecration and marketplace influence. She and her husband, Pastor Deji Kurunmi, lead the Nigerian Missions of The Baptizing Church.
- Lucia Dramat is a motivational speaker, author, and life coach dedicated to helping individuals transform their mindset and take charge of their lives. With a background in Public Relations from Cape Town University of Technology and a ministry certificate from CFCI Bible College, she has equipped herself through numerous courses.
Despite setbacks, including a business failure, Lucia pursued personal development, regaining the confidence to launch a career in media and motivation. A mother of three, including twins, she balances motherhood with her career, inspiring others through her book "21 Days In Full Bloom" and regular appearances on the Tracey Lange show on KFM. She has worked with various organizations and is a member of COMENSA, committed to continuous development.
Lucia's courses and workshops, such as "Strategise Your Outstanding Life," "Ooze Authentic Confidence," and the "Elevated Mindset" series, inspire individuals to make positive changes with her dynamic and relatable delivery style.

From social entrepreneur to business coach and from preaching inchurches to hosting and speaking at conferences, Desrray is passionate about creating solutions and opportunities to meet the needs o the most vulnerable in our society , while mobilizing women across the nation to be catalysts and agents of change.
As a mentor and destiny activator, passionate anout the empowerment of women and young women and aligning them with their gifts, Desray equips them with tools and knowledge, activating them to fulfill their God-given potential and destiny
- Liezel Snyman is an inspiring author, life coach, and entrepreneur, best known for her debut book, Beautifully Flawed. Her autobiography, published in 2021, chronicles her journey through immense personal challenges, including teen pregnancy, multiple divorces, and a battle with stage-three lymphoma.
Liezel’s resilience and transformation led her to establish Kintsukuroi Consulting, a coaching business named after the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold or silver, symbolizing the beauty in healing and growth. Through her consulting firm, she offers personal, career, and executive coaching, helping others find strength and purpose in their own stories.
