Located in an oak-beamed heritage building on Dorp Street in Stellenbosch, Eike by Bertus Basson celebrates South Africa's food heritage through thoughtfully reinterpreted set menus. Under chef Bertus Basson, each course draws on local ingredients and nostalgic flavours in a refined yet relaxed environment.
Guests are offered a three-course lunch and a five-course dinner menu (with dietary requirements accommodated), with a strong emphasis on the country's culinary traditions and seasonal produce. The dining space is intimate, with warm wood-toned architecture, an open kitchen, and attentive service that emphasises the story behind each dish.
