City Takers, together with Pure Fountain Family Church, presents the inaugural Edenvale Women's Day Fun Run/Walk.
The fun run/walk takes place in the name of charity, with proceeds going to Child Welfare South Africa, whose goal is to protect children in South Africa from all kinds of abuse and Talitha Together, who help to empower teenage pregnant girls in Africa to continue their education and combat school dropout rates caused by teen pregnancy.
The race is 5km in length and only women and girls aged seven and up are allowed to participate. All participants receive a goody bag and a t-shirt with their entry.
