Delheim’s Cellar, situated in the Simonsberg Ward in Stellenbosch, South Africa, is family-owned and produces a wide range of internationally acclaimed wines. All of the Delheim vintage wines from 2019 onwards are vegan friendly.
Their unique Wild Ferment Chenin Blanc offers an ever-present complex array of wild fermentation characteristics. With dominant fragrances on stone fruits and orange peel, held together by a subtle hint of caramel, this wine is a truly beautiful display of minimal-intervention winemaking and mother nature.
The Delheim Gewürztraminer is one of the very few of its kind to be produced in South Africa – it is an off-dry Gewurztraminer. This highly-acclaimed wine has vibrant aromas of litchi, white Turkish delight, white pear and rose petals on the nose. Ideal to pair with a vegan spicy curry dish.
If you would prefer rosé to accompany your summer, this year, Delheim produced another Delheim classic dry rosé. It reveals the elegant side of Pinotage, with an ethereal light salmon pink colour and notes of pink grapefruit, berries, and sweet cherries. Produced since 1976!
