Nestled in the Swartberg Mountains, De Rustica Olive Estate is one of South Africa’s largest olive oil estates, and has accumulated a number of local and international accolades.
De Rustica Olive Estate offers a 45 minute tour for guests to experience the olive oil making process, during which they are shown how the olives they farm (Greek and Italian olive cultivars) are turned into oil. A short 20 minute olive oil tasting experience is also available.
The estate hosts tours from Monday to Friday at 11am. Prior bookings are required.
