Sip & Paint Cape Town hosts Craft, Cook and Cork, a combined cooking and painting session in an intimate Tokai setting. Cookbook author Marinda Engelbrecht, known for Maklik Met Marinda, leads an interactive demonstration on incorporating fresh herbs, edible flowers and other botanical ingredients into everyday cooking, sharing background from her career as a food writer and television presenter.
Photographer and artist Petra Bartosch then leads a guided Sip & Paint session, with attendees creating their own interpretation of Gustav Klimt's Flower Garden using ingredients from the cooking demonstration as inspiration. The ticket price covers the cooking demonstration, a printed recipe collection, canvas and art materials, a prepared meal and wine throughout.
Spaces are limited, and the exact venue address is shared upon booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable, though cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be credited toward a future Sip & Paint Cape Town event.
