COY is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant that foregrounds ocean-inspired Southern African cooking and seasonal sourcing. The menu includes a seven-course tasting menu known as The COY Experience alongside a shorter lunch option and a dedicated Sunday SunDAZE menu.
The restaurant is led by chef Ryan Cole of Salsify with head chefs Geoffrey Abrahams and Teenola Govender. The venue’s interior is moody and restrained, with design choices that frame harbour and Table Mountain views. It also includes a curated art collection from Everard Read and an eye-catching central fireplace.
