This timeless tale of love and mischief is appealing to audiences of all ages with its charming storyline and exquisite choreography.
Coppélia is a comic ballet from 1870, about a beautiful mechanical doll. It was originally choreographed by Arthur Saint-Léon to the music of Léo Delibes, with libretto by Charles-Louis-Étienne Nuitter. Nuitter's libretto and mise-en-scène was based upon E. T. A. Hoffmann's short story Der Sandmann.
