Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe, powerful method to fill the body with oxygen and energy.
It helps recharge the often depleted systems, enhancing the ability to heal. Curated music guides the breath and psyche as this practice enables participants to access their inner resources, and creativity, and to live joyfully and abundantly.
Through Breathwork, we can improve mental health, emotional clarity, and cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves.
Preparation: No food or caffeine for 2 hours before the session.
Bring: Yoga mat, sleeping bag or warm blankets, pillow and extra socks. (body temperatures often drop during session)
