Coffee & Plunge is a party like no other, bringing a morning of wellness and coffee, with an ice-cold plunge to top it all off.
The morning begins with a 5km run to get active and warm up the body. Then, attendees get to party to the sounds of DJ Rixx and hype themselves up for a cold plunge that can be taken at their own pace. Antonella from My Space Yoga also leads a yoga session on the morning.
The coffee is provided courtesy of YAAWK Coffee Roastery. Also set to be in attendance at the event are Schnozz Strips who provide all-day, all-night nasal strip built for performance, recovery, and everyday relief, Baglios Ice Cream, and METALAB Protein Supplier.
