The Coco Pilates Breast Cancer event is a morning of physical movement classes in the name of raising breast cancer awareness.
Hosted outdoors at the @Sandton Hotel in Benmore Gardens, the event features a live DJ, food and coffee stalls and a selection of four movement classes. The first class is a yoga class, the second is a barre class, followed by Pilates class, and ending with an expressive movement class.
All ticket sales go towards ILoveBoobies to facilitate breast checks to women all over South Africa and participants are strongly encouraged to wear pink. Attendees should also bring a Pilates or yoga mat, sunblock, a hat, sunglasses, and money for food and drinks along with them.
