This exclusive event features an all-female team including Guest Chef Mmabatho Molefe and renowned winemaker Kiara Scott, alongside the Mount Nelson's Chef Vicky Gurovich and Chef Brinelle Cunningham.
Experience a journey of flavors of 6 courses paired with wine from Brookdale Vineyards in an intimate setting where guess witness the chefs cooking right in front of them in the hotel kitchen. Each dish, inspired by the personal memories and moments of the chefs, is expertly paired with rare wines handpicked by Kiara Scott, some of which are not always available to the public.
As an added delight, Kiara dines with the guests, offering you the chance to engage with the winemaker herself and deepen your appreciation for the evening’s selections.
