Event information
The Cape Town Craft Club circle is aimed at getting creative people in the city together to make stuff in a laid-back, fun and judgement-free space. Everyone is welcome, from seasoned makers to absolute beginners.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their embroidery kit, clay toolbox, Copic markers, sewing machine, or whatever creative thing they’re working on and join the club at The Ladder on Bree Street. There is no commitment required, so attendees are free to join whenever they feel like it.
This is the perfect activity for people who want to meet other cool people who make stuff, commit to making time to be creative and make more, need some guidance or input on a creative project, would like to work amongst others who inspire and encourage them, or simply crave a creative outlet.
Each ticket includes a hot drink of the ticketholder's choice and an evening of uninterrupted crafting bliss. Craft circles are hosted by Andie Reeves, teacher, textile artist and owner of the Cape Town Craft Club.
