Every Thursday evening, visit The Bistro at Brookdale Estate for their popular Thursday Fire and Wine Evenings. Diners will find executive chef Gary in his favourite spot behind the grill, while they sip a glass of wine and cosy up next to the central fireplace.
The theme changes weekly, with dishes ranging from burgers and chips to steaks, prawns and more, and a range of side dishes that may be added and billed as optional extras.
The relaxed mid-week dining experience centres around a delicious, uncomplicated grilled dish that is paired with a complimentary glass of wine.
