Boschendal Wine Estate runs its Tree House holiday programme across two weeks of the September and October school break, giving children aged 4 to 12 a themed outdoor adventure each day. Activities span farm exploration, nature play and creative workshops, with groups capped at 15 children per session to maintain close supervision.
Families can choose between morning, afternoon or full-day sessions, or book a discounted week-long package covering the Monday to Friday programme with one snack box included daily. Each day follows its own theme, moving from guided nature hunts for younger children through to more open-ended discovery tasks and creative challenges for older participants.
Lunch and snack boxes are available to pre-book in meat, vegetarian and vegan options, though families may also send their own packed lunch. Indoor facilities are available as a wet-weather backup, and children under 4 or showing signs of illness are not permitted to join a session.
