The highlight of the Music Centre’s Senior Ensemble programme features all the Centre’s senior learners, drawn from various schools across the Cape Peninsula.
A highlight of this year’s concert is the Wind Ensemble, directed by Derek Fennell, performing “Dogon” by Kevin Houben. There is also a special performance by the celebrated Ifidyoli Ensemble in collaboration with the Cape Town Children’s Choir, which is based at the Beau Soleil Music Centre.
For this special 40th Reunion Gala Concert, past pupils join otheSymphony Orchestra, led by violinist Jordan Brooks, and conducted by Maestro Brandon Phillips, both past pupils of the Music Centre.
