The Barleycorn Music Club is run by an elected committee mandated to promote local original music. As such, folk, acoustic and indie styles remain ever-popular.
Barleycorn's weekly line-up can be accessed in one of three ways: on their Facebook page, SMS, or via email to their Google group. If you plan on being a regular, become a member so that you can benefit from a reduced entry price. Membership cards are issued at the door when you sign up.

The club also hosts two annual events called a Songwriters' Competition offering great prizes and The Barleycorn Music Festival, which brings together standout performers with loyal contributing acts.
The audience is requested to remain quiet whilst musicians are playing.
