Since opening in 2001, Baía has become a landmark dining destination at the V&A Waterfront, renowned both for its seafood platters and its panoramic harbour and ocean views.
Chef Patricio Cumaio leads the kitchen, crafting dishes with premium ingredients. The menu features a blend of classical and contemporary cuisine, focusing on the finest seafood from Southern Africa alongside select poultry, beef, and game.
