The Morgenster Estate launches its new Aperitivo offering as a nod to the estate's Italian heritage.
In Italian culture, an aperitivo is a pre-dinner drink enjoyed after work and before dinner in preparation for the next meal. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings Morgenster presents its own aperitivo offering with a selection of Italian-inspired light bites along with the option of wine.
This experience takes place in the Tasting Room or the terrace area. Bookings for this experience are essential and can be made via phone or email.
Morgenster is a family-run wine farm located in the Helderberg. In 1992 Italian Giulio Bertrand moved to South Africa in order to purchase the estate and began farming his own range of wines and olive products.
