AJABU is a bi-annual, week-long spirits-and-cocktail festival held in both Cape Town and Joburg. Bartenders from some of the finest bars worldwide are flown into the country and partnered with local bars, where they join forces to create bespoke cocktail menus that celebrate the magic and diversity of South African ingredients and talent.
Celebrating collaboration and creativity, globally recognised local distillers, makers, and bar owners, along with international brands, have joined forces to curate a series of inspired menus that showcase the very best of Cape Town’s bars, brands, and cocktail culture. Each ticket includes R86 pornstar martini's in over 30 bars for the duration of the festival, live music performances, seminars and workshops, a free tote bag, and a chance to win a trip to Goa, India.
Participating bars include Front Back (Accra), La Mamounia (Marrakech), Bon Vivants (Bahamas), Naked (Athens), Smoking Kills (Jozi), and Talking to Strangers (Cape Town).
