The Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra (CPO) alongside other performance groups stage two concerts as part of a new tradition to welcome the Christmas season.
The CPO is accompanied by the Cape Town Opera Chorus, the Children’s Chorus, multiple soloists, Young Artists and Foundation Studio Singers, VOX Cape Town and St George’s Cathedral Choir for these concerts. They are led in conduction by Brandon Phillips with organist Grant Bräsler.
Together they perform some of the most beloved carols, including 'Hark the Herald Angels Sing', 'Silent Night', 'Adeste Fidelis' and 'Once in Royal David’s City'.
