Time Out Market Cape Town is getting hotter this summer with a brand-new menu that celebrates the city’s top culinary talent. Located at the V&A Waterfront, the Market’s latest offering brings together Cape Town’s best chefs and restaurateurs for a flavour-packed experience, running from October 2025 to March 2026.

From vibrant street eats to refined coastal flavours, the new dishes capture the essence of Cape Town’s summer. Barakat offers slow-braised carrot and pea bredie, fragrant Cape Malay chicken curry, and aromatic fish frikkadel. Una Más Taqueria adds a smoky twist with roasted artichokes, street corn potato salad, and soft-shell tacos stuffed with smoked portobello mushrooms or crispy chicken. Sushiya brings refreshing summer rolls and tiger prawn hand rolls, while Ramenhead cools things down with chilled ramen and sapporo-style tofu miso.

Meat lovers can dig into De Vrije’s indulgent Die Moerse Morsige Burger or Carne’s lighter half-grilled chicken and avocado salad. Kapoochka serves up Indian-inspired favourites like tandoori king prawns and masala chai crème brûlée, while NØSH adds global flair with its breakfast banh mi and Saigon sub. For dessert, Unframed Ice Cream tempts with brownie cups and pistachio white chocolate cookies.
