This festive cooking class embraces the warmth and joy of traditional Christmas dishes while engaging in the fun and creativity of gingerbread house decorating. Guests also get to savour the rich flavours of warm mulled wine. As guests cook, they are surrounded by festive decorations and holiday tunes, making this class not just a cooking experience, but a celebration of all the joys that the holiday season brings.
The Food Jam includes snacks upon arrival, a harvest table menu, recipes, a welcome drink (with or without a kick), and 4 hours of festive fun. The menu caters to gluten - & dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian & carnivorous guests equally - guests will be asked to share any dietary requirements they would like us to know 7 days before the event. The kitchen is strictly halaal.
Kids are welcome.
Social Food Jams are themed parties taking place four times per year.
Private or Corporate Food Jams are also available, 7 days a week for lunch or dinner.

Starter: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup - A creamy and comforting soup, infused with nutmeg and cinnamon, perfect for a cozy winter evening.
Main Course: Herb-Crusted Roast Turkey with Cranberry Sauce - Learn the art of roasting a succulent turkey, accompanied by a tangy homemade cranberry sauce.
Side Dishes: Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Honey Glazed Carrots - Creamy, buttery mashed potatoes and sweet, glazed carrots, classic sides
Dessert: Gingerbread House Decorating - Gingerbread assembly and decoration with a variety of candies and icings.
Drink: Warm Mulled Wine and Hot Chocolate with marshmallows.
