Radisson RED's OUI Bar delivers a festive day filled with delicious vegan food, mouthwatering jolly juice and live music.
The Treat Yo'Elf starter menu features options including RED Vetkoek with wild garlic oil and balsamic, spiced raison bun with smoked cheese marmalade, or smoked paprika crisp, oat milk gel, aubergine, teriyaki, and spiced mayo.
The Deck The Halls main includes a wild mushroom and cabbage dumpling, soy broth, spring onion, and pickled shitake whilst the Sleigh What!? main is turnip spaghetti, caramelised celeriac velouté, apple remoulade, and truffle crumble.
For dessert there is the Jingle Bells option with chickpeas polenta sauce, tomato chutney, curried picked onion, and panisse. The alternative Mistletoe Treats option includes strawberries, coconut gel, dill, and crumble.
