The Food Shed is one of Port Elizabeth’s oldest night food markets held on the first Friday of each month. The night market situated in the Sherwood Garden Centre is where patrons can enjoy a variety of foods in anticipation of the garden's wonderland of lights that takes place each night.
The market features individual stalls selling quality farm produce and cooked food, all of which are homemade and homegrown. Plenty of seating is provided for the public to enjoy the food and scenery. The market has over twenty vendors selling food, as well as a limited number of craft stalls. Kids can enjoy crafting activities or take part in the under 16s disco.
