Run by passionate and experienced chefs Miles and Itami Reolon, Seasoned caters to a variety of events: low-key gatherings, intimate private functions, elegant weddings, trendy brand launches, and parties of any sort. Each ‘dining concept’ is tailored to your particular needs, whether it’s making mom’s life easier for an evening, a full-blown dinner party, or cooking for celebrities such as Eddie Jordan, Cheryl Cole, or Prince Albert.
“We are of the firm belief that no one should be exempt from the taste experience of truly amazing food,” say Miles and Itami. And according to their website, kitchens are left in “spic-and-span condition” afterward. Miles and Itami have a team of highly experienced chefs and use fresh, seasonal produce and certified organic free-range meat wherever possible. Samples from a set menu include a starter of Seared Tuna on a bed of Teriyaki Soba Noodles, and the main Fillet of Kalahari Beef seasoned with Black Truffle and finished with Port and thyme Jus. To ensure the right chefs and professionals are paired with the right clients, Seasoned also runs a reputable recruitment agency for all hospitality-related placements, for private and/or commercial positions, nationally and internationally. This division is called Seasoned Recruitment.
Added extras: Seasoned tailor-makes all kinds of specialized menus, including wine, beer, and whiskey pairings. They also handle functions nationwide from two guests up to 100-300 guests and more, depending on the set-up required. Events are compiled from start to finish, with all service/bar staff and entertainment requirements, and due to the size of their generous team of chefs, they can operate at very short notice.
