Event information
Meuse Farm open days are a celebration of farming, food, and community.
The farm opens its doors to the public four times a year, and welcomes all those who want to learn, taste, share and delight in some fun in the sun. All ages are catered for, with games, farm walks, workshops and delicious produce, drinks and meals.
December's seasonally centred farm festivities includes a makers market, with local artisans selling farm produce-related products. Vegetables and
herbs from the farm are available for sale, and visitors are encouraged to explore the farm and learn more about how everything is grown.
The open day also includes a range of engaging one hour workshops:
- Seasonal dessert with Glen Williams of Foxcroft
- Delicious dishes for your festive feasts with Julia Hattingh of Reverie Social Table
- Julie Donald's beautiful biscuits
- Adri Schultz creative gifting
- Nikki Miles' botanical inks
Workshops cost R250 - R300 and need to be booked separately via the website.
