Pioneered by chef and health coach Christine Phillips, the Little Cooks Club hosts fun and educational cooking and baking workshops for children from 2 to 15. Now a franchise, kids can learn about food and nutrition at branches in Benoni/Boksburg, Centurion, Fourways/Dainfern and Kyalami/Sunninghill.
1. The Little Tasters Programme aims to create a positive relationship with food for kids between 16 months and 3 years old. Kids are encouraged to interact with food in a stress-free environment.
2. The Cooking Programme introduces 2 to 6-year-olds to the basics of cooking and nutrition.
3. The Spade to Spatula Cooking Programme explores the idea of where food comes from Children are invited to plant fruits and vegetables and cook a meal using the same ingredient.
