design this first of its kind, super loaded workshop on food composition and photography.

a full day of informative sessions about the principles of composition and design, storytelling, styling and so much more.
Claire Gunn is a multimedia visual artist specialising in painting and photography. Having spent the first half of her career working as a chef, the solid fascination for the food industryand the theatre of hospitality now translates into the documenting of the chefs at work and the fine art culinary creations of top dining destinations and publications across South Africa.

Hannes Koegelenberg is a creative director, food stylist, designer and illustrator from Cape Town. For the past 20 years Hannes has worked for Media24's (and now independently published) Ideas magazine as a creative editor and food stylist, conceptualising creative content and story ideas. He is also a freelance food stylist and brand designer for many other food-inspired projects and commercial clients, and was the creative director for the erstwhile Journal magazine.
