The Cape Point Villa is nestled in the sanctuary of Scarborough, a small coastal village and retreat with a laid back attitude and a stunning beach perfect for swimming and surfing. The village is home to a small collection of restaurants, cafes, deli’s, and many sought after yoga studios, artists and massage therapists. There are also a number of hiking trails in the area to make use of.
The Cape Point Villa is a labour of love for owners Monika Moser and Geoff Higgo, who raised their children Tai, Janna, Ferris and Leya on the property for 17 years. They’ve always loved the tranquil village of Scarborough, and it was only when they had to move closer to Cape Town that they decided to turn their lovely home into a guesthouse, a mansion that would come to stand out as one of Cape Town’s luxury villas.
